All Volunteers, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Buddies associated with Challenger Little League are required to complete the Registration Form, which can be accessed and submitted and/or printed online. Coaches and Assistant Coaches are required to print, complete, and return the Background Check Form and Covid Waiver to a designated Challenger Little League Board Member.

Check out the different roles for volunteers

1. Attend all games, Picture Night, Opening Day activities, and practices.

2. Set up for each game, organize equipment and batting order.

3. Determine pitching duties; Assistant Coach and/or Volunteers may pitch.

4. Support individual players to achieve their personal best at each game.

5. Notify Assistant Coach(s) and the designated Team Board Member, if you are unavailable to coach at a game at least a week in advance.

6. Provide collaborative leadership for the Team, Assistant coach(s), Volunteer(s) and Players.

7. Have fun.

Coach

5. Notify Assistant Coach(s) and the designated Team Board Member, if you are unavailable to coach at a game at least a week in advance.

6. Have fun.

Buddy

1. Speak with the Parents of your player to have a better understanding of your player and the best ways you can help.

2. Get to know your player, figure out ways to keep them ways to help them stay focused on the game.

3. Assist players to locate their assigned field location, bat, helmet, assist with batting and running bases.

4. Support individual players to achieve their personal best at each game.

5. Have fun.

Volunteer
