2021 Season Update

Hello Challenger Families!

Happy New Year!

I first want to thank you all for your patience while we as a board come together with Little League International as well as Millwood Little League to navigate what a 2021 season could potentially look like. We know that it was disappointing to miss our 2020 season. With that being said, the health, safety and well being of all our players, their families, our community buddies will always be our first priority.

Just a quick update…

We have been working extremely hard alongside our fellow District 2 leagues to ensure the safety of every player and their families. Plans are being created in an attempt to have a 2021 season for the District 2 Little Leagues, including our Challenger LIttle League. IF a season is permitted, many safety precautions will take place which in turn will be a very different feel from our previous Challenger seasons.

This past year has been difficult to navigate and we are hoping to be able to restore a little bit of normalcy to an otherwise challenging year. We have missed seeing our athletes play tremendously, and are doing everything within our power to get back out on the fields.
